Shipping Methods

GP HUB SRL, on behalf of DEC Srl, currently manages shipments within Italy.
Specialized couriers are used for deliveries.

Delivery Times

Delivery within Italy generally takes 2/3 working days.

Packaging

Products are packed in suitable packaging based on the weight of each shipment. The box is wrapped in a cardboard bundle to best protect against any possible impact.

Shipping Rates

The shipping rate is the same throughout Italy (including islands) and is € 8.90 for orders up to € 59.00; otherwise, it is free.
During certain times of the year, a promotion may be applied to shipping costs or these fees may be waived without a minimum order amount.

Shipments

Shipments are generally carried out from Monday to Friday. The delivery day will depend on the destination location, but an automatic email notification will be sent with the shipping date. It is very important to provide a mobile phone number to ensure maximum availability, ideally receiving the parcel on the first delivery attempt and avoiding storage issues.

Shipping Guarantee

To safeguard the product and ensure its perfect preservation throughout the entire journey, we prepare our packages with care. Goods travel at our risk. However, in case of damage, we kindly ask you to help us improve the service by accepting parcels with reservation.
